How long does a repair take?

M Most repairs do not involve risk of data loss, some repairs that involve software may require data to be formatted, but it is not a common issue. Rest assure, that if your device requires formatting, we will discuss this with you prior to service and ensure that your data is backed-up.

I have an unbranded phone with broken screen can I have it repaired?

W While we do offer same day repairs on most devices and repairs, unfortunately, we usually do not stock parts for generic, non-premium devices. You can always check if your device is listed in our repair section. to be sure, please stop by one of our locations where a technician will gladly assist you.

What kind of parts are used?

A All parts used, are either original parts used by the manufacturer or high quality parts that have been rigorously tested for performance and to ensure that they meet or exceed original device standards.

What do I need to know if my phone has water damaged power problems?

I In case of water damage or power issues, the repair process can be tricky and tedious. Repairing in such cases are generally not done while you wait. Once we receive your device we'll preform an in depth diagnosis to determine the extent of the problem and identify the part or parts that need to be replaced. Once we have concluded the diagnosis we will discuss with your the possible repair methods and cost to repair your device.

I have my own replacement part for my phone, can you install it for me?

W We prefer to use our own replacement parts that are high quality that we've come to know and trust. Sometimes we may agree for the repair using your own parts. In such cases, we will offer a discounted price but no warranty and no responsibility if the part will cause any harm to your phone.
